We ordered a 15lb set of dumbbells mid-March (March 18th). We had to follow up with Fitness Experience as no-one followed up with us, and we were then told it would be 2-3 months. I followed up again end of June, and then again in June with the main email address instead of the specific Representative. We got an email back more than a week later that they would be arriving in a week or so. I followed up again August 20th, and once again September 7th. We have not heard back or been able to reach anyone by phone since this time. Why are we the ones following up in the first place? If an order is due to come in, I imagine when it is more than 3 months later than stated, that someone working here would follow up. Not impressed at all.
When I worked here the owners got the employees to write reviews... Match the names up with the employees and you will see. You will have a 6 to 8 week wait time if you purchase here just a heads up. The warehouse was never stocked. Go to Fitness Depot instead.
We purchased a home gym this month (Sept/2017). Keri Bauer assisted us with our purchase. She was very informative and helpful in our decision making for this purchase. We were not very clear on what we needed and wanted. She helped us in deciding what we needed for both of our needs. Thank you Keri. We are both very thankful and appreciate all that you have done for us. If you are looking for fitness equipment and really don't know what way to go... Go see Keri. We highly recommend her.
Didn't update on phones or online that they were closed. Drop 45 minutes out to shop here.
I only picked up my online order but the staff and service were great.
Excellent customer service and quality equipment! If you need equipment for your home or gym, this is a great place to go.
