The pandemic has brought us pandemonium with fitness equipment. The staff at this Fitness Depot work so hard dealing with the public who want equipment desperately. I had called a few times to ask about certain stock and each time Alex was so polite and helpful. When I made the trip into the store Alex took the time to explain equipment and suggest alternatives. Our home gym thankfully has sufficed during this pandemic, but now we have added even more equipment to make it fantastic. Thank you Alex for your excellent knowledge and customer service. I will definitely be going back for more strength training equipment when stock arrives.

I arrived to this Fitness Depot location, simply because of the reviews. I was there 5 minutes after the store opened, and Erik was all set and ready to help with my questions. He offered excellent advice concerning items where it was worth the splurge, or items where he had tested the product, and a non-brand version would suffice. I so appreciated his candidness and authenticity. I won't hesitate to go back to this location for more fitness equipment. I ended up buying thr Northern Lights Rack and Hex Dumbbell set. It is such amazing quality for the competitive price. Thanks so much Erik! I look forward to coming back for the rowing machine!
I actually travelled 20km out of my way due to the superior customer service I received over the phone from this location as compared to the dismissive and disinterested approach taken at the store around the corner from my condo. Max and Anthony were both knowledgeable, professional and kind; rare commodities in the customer service arena. I will continue to give this specific location my future business snd would highly recommend this location to family and friends. Thanks guys!
Fair pricing, terrible customer service. I spent 6500 and asked them if they could toss in 6 lifting straps and they told me no. When I got home with my inspire ft2, one of the base pieces was severely bent and I was unable to put the machine together. I called and suggested that they gave me the piece from their floor model and was told they were unable to give me that piece because it wasn't feasible. But to leave me with a unusable machine that I paid for was a better option. Just goes to show how they treat you once you have handed over the money. I contacted the inspire manufacturer and they handled the situation very professionally. If you're spending big money ask to inspect the boxes/parts before you leave.
I called two minutes before closing to let them know I was enroute and what I wanted and they stayed open so I could make my purchase. Even though they were closed they still helped me pick out a few other things I wanted. They were extremely knowledgeable and they have excellent customer service.
Just bought a bench from these guys. Cal was awesome. Great service. Great product. (Northern Lights). Took less than an hour to put this together. Will go back for sure.
Mark and the entire team have been fantastic before and during the pandemic. Always prompt to answer questions and put orders through and expert advice. I wouldn’t hesitate a second then to anyone that is serious about getting their home gym fitted.
Max made the 1 hour drive worth it: knowledgable, patient and so helpful. Strongly recommend going to see him for any fitness needs.
