Don’t buy the chin up bar. Doesn’t fit in the standard door size. They have displayed the bar in their store but don’t get fooled that door is wider than standard doors. PS they don’t accept returns

I had a few issues with some equipment which I purchased from this store, the parts were covered under warranty by Inspire. However, Balazs went above and beyond to resolve the issue, he came to inspect the equipment and throughout the whole process kept in touch with me and even followed up with me without me having to get in touch with him. Today the Regional Manager came to my home and fixed the equipment once the parts had arrived from Inspire. I have got to say that the service received from Balazs and the Regional Manager was A1! Will definitely revisit and recommend. Top service guys, and thank you again!
They over charge you based on your knowledge of the products. Its a real highway robbery. they are sneaky. stay away. order your stuff from amazon its way way way cheaper and better quality. They don't accept return or exchange.
Not happy. Throughout the years I have purchased a treadmill, bike, rowing machine, box flex, etc. and always had exceptional service and equipment. However, this past summer I bought a Landice treadmill – and have experienced shoddy customer service, and a flawed product. The company that delivered my treadmill dented my custom made floating cabinet by the front door. The treadmill seemed great (so quiet!), but then I realized it shocked me throughout my runs. I sent a message to the website – no response. So, I contacted someone directly. Basically the company that delivered it said that their guys did not admit to causing the damage. My husband has yet to find the type of wood/stain to fix my cabinet, and I will send them the bill - if I can get it fixed (and of course they never offered to fix it). There was no accountability for damaging my furniture, so I am sure if I could get it fixed they would not cover the cost. What about reimbursing the delivery fee? Not even offered! The manager basically said he never heard of anyone getting shocked by this equipment before, and to just touch the rubber handles. Well, when I adjust the speed, etc. I cannot just keep my hands on the rubber handles. Not impressed that I paid close to 5,000 for a treadmill that gives me electric shocks and the company I purchased it from basically says it is my problem (my clothes, my feet dragging, etc. – hmm… this never happened with my previous treadmill, or any gym at which I had been a member). What about free service call to analyze the problem (it was those goofs that delivered the treadmill that set it up) – again, not even offered! I will not be shopping here again or recommending it to any of my friends or family
