Received a wonderful batch of food poisoning from the fish they Sold me . Fish smelled off and the place smelled like an old sock. Should have been my first clue to run. Place was empty. Reached out to the manager, she wore at me and hung up. Trying to support local businesses. Codfather's Seafood Market it is from now on. Fresh and amazing at Codfather's Seafood Market Thank you for you amazing and unwelcoming response. I only review when the service is bad or in your case , food poisoning. And I don't write that many bad reviews. But due to food poisoning. You're the lucky one. Or unlucky one. And funny you think for poisoning is a hard to please customer. . Good people get rewarded. Funny how that works. You or your worker did swear. Sorry to burst your bubble . You or she swore. I should have recorded your distasteful words. You or whomever swore and then hung up. (It was a lady) Perhaps new workers are needed ? This review was much needed. The place empty. Should have been my first clue. Smelly and not very clean. I will be calling the health board TOMORROW ASAP, and Kelowna folks need to know what your serving. Word of mouth is everything. Thank you . And I will be supporting COD FATHER'S. And I took a look at your profile Cory to see who I was dealing with . This looks like a front business. Cheers

I've been a long time customer of this shop, attended many of your fantastic events and am always impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and friendliness of the staff. Their response to Covid and the switch to having everything in sealed packaging was quick and is great for stocking up. Always go out of my way to visit this shop!

Amazing fresh seafood, staff are always incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way many times to package for travel or provide coolers/ice packs for storage or transport home. Clean store with many great and delicious products - definitely try the smoked salmon spread. Great deals on bulk boxes of flash frozen fish as well. Highly recommend.

The best seafood in Kelowna. Great service and knowledgable staff. The fresh salmon is second to none and they have sushi grade tuna. The digby scallops are the nicest i've seen. On our next visit from Calgary we will be stocking up.

As a former employee of the Kamloops store, I just have to say that they almost cut a halibut as well as Gina ;) Jk guys, just know that if you need high quality seafood, the only reliable place is the Fishermans market. Seafood from the coast to Kelowna in around the same time it would take to get to your average retailer in Vancouver.
