I want to thank Joe S and his team for the quick response to the water leaking problem that we had. He came to site within 30 minutes from getting the call. He evaluated the issue and explained to me the mitigation plan professionally. My project manager Joe was super easy to work with and was quick to respond. The trades that were scheduled in were also very professional and considerate of our time and belongings. Part way through the project, Joe even brought the plumbers in on Christmas Eve to temporary reinstall the washer and dryer which my wife (and as you can imagine me) were very appreciative of. Thanks for everything Joe and FirstOnSite.
Jennifer Grant was our Project Manager with firstonsite, the first to come to our home and evaluate the damage, and continued to coordinate the repairs with our insurance company from beginning to end. She was thorough in her assessments and follow-up and we were relieved not to have to worry about anything throughout the entire process. We will definitely call upon her services again if the need arises.
