I had a sewer burst on Christmas Day, and these guys came on that day to help me. They have a very loyal and friendly attitude towards customers. I am an immigrant, but despite my poor English, it was very easy to communicate with First General employees, because it was important for them to understand me. I am happy with their professional approach to work. The necessary repairs were made quickly and efficiently.

The quality renovation done by Louie and his team performed on our living room, washroom and basement exceeded our expectations. The job was finished as planned. The team was very friendly, polite, punctual, inquisitive and respectful to our needs also had a great time with Bryan & Barrie. They also went above and beyond what we expected, paying extra attention to detail, without being asked. It was obvious to us that they took great pride in their work. Correy & John was always there whenever I had any questions or I needed any clarification. Excellent customer service indeed it was my first experience with a contracting company and it was amazing I would say. I would highly recommend First General and team for any renovations.

First General helped us restore our property after water damage on three floors. This occurred before the holidays which was stressful but the staff worked around our schedule, gave us realistic expectations and timeframes and were always prompt to respond to our questions or concerns. They finished on-time as promised and the house looked better as a result of their work! Highly recommend First General.
They came into my home due to water damage in my basement. They were wonderful to deal with. They made it very clear that my opinion mattered and that any concerns I had were legitimate and they bent over backwards to make sure this experience was as positive as possible.
