Provided the insurance deductible at the end of August 2019. Four months later, we had heard nothing from them regarding the scheduling of our ceiling repair. We finally heard from them in early January and scheduled the work beginning on January 13, 2020. THEY DID NOT SHOW, nor did they call. We contacted them to reimburse our deductible and it took over a month for them to prepare the cheque and get it sent out to us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.
