We had the misfortune of having our insurance company set us up with this company for a simple windshield replacement. After 3 months of waiting for the job, the company suddenly cancelled the job. This was after 3 months of non-communication, deceptions, and ridiculous excuses from the owner. Avoid this company at all costs. Completely unreliable and horrible customer service. Worst in London by far.
