I am used to be an international student using this agent. My experience with them was terrible. They are not professional and do not care about students and their families. There is no standard to become a host family, so anyone can become one to earn extra money. When I was a student, I had a terrible experience with a host family and asked First Choice for a help but they did not do anything for me, because they only believed what the host family explained and didn't even spend a minute to listen to me. My family and I really did regret using this agent.

I am an agent in Mexico of an student that injured himself a day before departing from Canada and First Choice supported him in an extraordinary way, he couldn't walk easily and traveling was going to be a very big problem for him, so First choice got him an upgrade in his flight for him to travel more comfortable and they helped him though all his travel, they get him help in both countries and they make him feel secure and really happy about his experience in Canada and didn't let him feel sad or disappointed because of his accident. There always is an open line of communication with the organization's staff and school monitors. I have always been impressed with the high calibre of respectful student who I have welcomed and hosted in our home.
