Switched to Fireball Express a 6 months ago and very happy with their rates and services. They have an easy to use web platform to manage pickups. Will continue to use them and will definitely encourage my colleagues to consider them as a vendor...keep up the great work!

After calling 2 other couriers and given less than favorable responses we called fireball and had a very pleasant conversation and we got a promise that our items would be delivered within 4 hrs. 2 hrs later they were at our door. Awesome service and great price. Thankyou
THIS COMPANY SCAMMED ME. I WISH I READ THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST. THEY CHARGED MY CARD for the service, then called back to say they could not make the time sensitive delivery, that I requested YESTERDAY. SERIOUSLY?!? What a nightmare. The supervisor \Tammy\ of Fireball Express Courier then refused to refund the charge, insisting it was never charged despite the fact it was debited from my account. Someone should report this company to the Consumer Protection Division. I am now having to issue a chargeback with my credit card provider and cancel my card and issue a new card. Total nightmare.
Perfect service every time. Prices amazing. The delivery guy (not sure what's his name but he speaks French) should get a salary raise. He is so nice and positive and makes my day better every time he comes in our office! World needs more people like him, always smiled even when it's raining.
