In response to C Atkins about the gift card. We are very sorry you feel that way. When you arrived I needed to verify your information as you had not make the booking and I wasn't informed of a phone number. I always check the balance on any gift card before the service so that I may inform the customer is there will be any balance owing after the service is complete. Your gift card was not showing that it had been activated as it wasn't purchased here I could no verify that it was activated. At the time I could not check the problem. It wasn't that I was too busy or didn't have the time it was that at that time of the morning I wasn't able to contact Head Office yet. I did take all your information down and said I would call you. By the time I was able to check fully into this situation you called to say you would take it to the location that your friend purchased the card. Again we are very sorry

Had my truck under coated and there was a fair bit missed. Control arms, parts of the frame on top and inside. Some parts of the box were completely dry. Frame rail rear crossmember and under the box behind the spare tire was missed. I even asked if they wanted me to take the tire off and was told not to bother. I expected they would do it or get in behind. I used to apply undercoating while working at a shop years ago and was taught to cover as much as possible avoiding the hot parts like breaks, exhaust, transfer case, plastics etc. It's understandable that you don't want to over apply, making a mess and the ownership doesn't want to waist product but I don't think the rust check was applied as well as it could have been.
Did a great job. I had lots of salt and dog hair in my station wagon and it was spic and span when they were through with it. Reasonable price.
Was getting my car detailed. Bought the best package. Almost 400. When I got the car back there was still dirt all over and I could wipe it off with my finger. When I went back the guy gave me attitude and insisted he wiped all of it and the stuff wouldn't come off. Then when I got it back the second time there was still dirt on it. I have since washed it myself and got all the dirt they insisted would not come off to come off. They did a terrible job. It was the biggest waste of money I have ever made. Will never go back. And if you don't like throwing away money you shouldn't either.
Arrived for a booked appointment first thing in the morning. Got the third degree about how inadequate the booking was done. Not too sure how or why that is my fault, but it was. There was a minor issue with a gift card, but I was told several times there wasn't time for this. Curiously this was the time slot my car was booked into. Again not sure to what fault it was of mine. Sorry I was an inconvenience, but not to worry I won't be back to bother you. If you want to feel little, useless and foolish; get your dose here. Not to worry I solved the card issue seeing as I now suddenly had an entire morning available because there wasn't time to check a gift card balance in any other way besides swipe the card or call someone else. I respect its busy, but really no time for customer service?

'Diane' picks up the phone. I proceed to ask if they have any availability today for a detail on my vehicle, and her response is laughter. I say, "I'm glad that it's funny to you that I am inquiring about your services". She says, "we are booking into next week". My response, "how should I know that?" Apparently, Fine Details has so much business that they can laugh at you when they are booked solid. They don't need yours. So unprofessional.
Got the interior of my Ford F150 supercrew done and wow amazing job they did looks better then new super friendly staff and very accommodating and great price I will be back and I would highly recommend to all !
