I thought I was getting a cell phone with a plan, what was delivered was a sim card with a plan, to make matters even more wonderful.is that I can't even get a phone now. Apparently the rep I spoke with on the phone thought I didn't want a phone. Despite my mentioning a specific phone, with the details several times. She thought I didn't want a phone I was just gonna use an old phone, without ever disguessing that with me. Maybe it was mostly a language barrier. Regardless this wouldn't be my first time getting a new phone. And no other company has ever done something like this. VERY Dissatisfied and very frustrated. An update 6 days later all has finally been resolved. I think, pretty sure. I guess if being frustrated and gritting your teeth for six days, till all gets fixed is better than going to the store. Than doing it over the might be your thing LOL...

Employees are very rude and arrogant. They don't even try to make it feel like you are welcome to ask questions about your product or receive any service. They seemed very upset when they had to provide service standing up.

Very poor customer service. The employee there cares more about proving their point rather than actually selling products. I was not satisfied with the first cell phone plan that they provided and asked for alternative options but the employee just told me to go away with a very arrogant tone.
