Door pickup and Door drop is what they promise but they wont. They simply dumped my car in the out skirts of the city and asked me to collect from there after so many followups. Very unprofessional and rude in communication. There is no proper communication regarding delivery even when it exceeds delivery date. After a week or so they said it is delivered to so and so address and asked me collect from there where as initial agreement/promise is to deliver to home address.

After a bit of a rough go, my car was finally delivered a few weeks later than what was promised. Unfortunately, I had shipped most of my stuff with my car so I was living out of one suitcase for a few weeks. After much discussion with Hussein, he was able to explain the situation and fairly refunded me the money that I paid to ship my items with my car. They are one of the few companies who allow for this kind of option, overall a pretty neutral situation, however if I was to ship my car again I wouldn't put anything that I might want within a month in it as well. Thanks Hussein for fairly compensating the late delivery and making things right. Even though the delivery didn't go as expected, FHM Freight still reacted in a positive and ethical business manner.
