Wonderful customer service. Recently bought a pool table from this store, they were able to provide me with the best option, at a great quality and reasonable price. They did their best to deliver it before the holidays. The staff and installers are very friendly and helpful. The manager was very adamant on following up with my order and making sure I got exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend to buy products from here.

This is a really unique store. The collection of games is just mind boggling. This is store with no video games. Just real games. Needed for todays young generation. Parents who want thier kids away from the computer and mobile devices, get your kids and teens here. There is one for everybody, with every budget.
Such terrible customer service! You can't rely on FG Bradley's. I ordered a chess set, Nov 30, on their website for pickup. They informed me Dec 1 that the order was processed and will contact me when it is ready for pick up. Absolute silence, over the next week, so I called Wednesday December 9th and the person couldn't provide me with an update and told me they would get back to me. They emailed me on Friday to tell me that they don't have the product. Moral of the lesson - don't trust that you will have a product even if your order gets processed. They will charge you and tell you weeks later that they don't have it. Let's see how long it take for them to process the refund. This is not a game but you treat your customer like it is. TERRIBLE!
We love our Joola table tennis table! It was delivered quickly, in perfect order and was so easy to assemble. We have played every day and are getting exercise and are having fun all at the same time! I highly recommend this table and FGBradley for their outstanding service!
Old school and unique, it's how play used to be! They carry a wide selection of board games, have all you need for your man cave centered around a pool table, and carry other selections of tactile games and fun knick knacks like the predictive 8 ball. I thought they were closing shop but turns out they were just moving to the 2nd floor in a much more brighter space. Consistently receive good service from their staff.

The store is phenomenal and the staff extremely prepared and friendly (and this makes the whole difference for me). A fantastic selection and always what I want, within what I can afford. I'm not a pro but I love the store and it's my go to for all pool and game purchases
