My experience with Fertility Match was absolutely incredible. These women were available at all hours to support me , give me advice and make this an overall wonderful experience for me. I recently donated my eggs , and If it weren't for these wonderful ladies supporting me through this journey I would have been lost. My wife and I are an interracial couple. We were looking for agencies in Canada, Europe and the United States to help us find an egg donor. Fertility Match had one of the best egg donor databases we could find in Canada with very competitive fees and most importantly a very diverse list of potential donors. The staff were very responsive, helpful and compassionate regarding our situation and took an active role in helping us find a suitable donor and sorting all the bureaucracy such as lawyers, counseling etc. Fertility Match also stepped in when we had a falling out with our fertility clinic, our contact in Fertility Match quickly helped us transition to a new clinic where we had a much better experience. Not only were the clinic Fertility Match found for us better in all aspects from service, atmosphere (stress free environment) to clinical expertise, but we also finally got pregnant after a five-year struggle. Currently we are pregnant in week 10 and we have 7 more embryos frozen and ready for siblings. Thank you, Fertility Match, for helping us make our dream of parenthood come true.
We had a great experience working with fertility match. After speaking with other egg donor companies and looking at the egg banks in the states we decided to take a chance on them. 3 months later we had more embryos than we ever thought we'd have. We are now 23 weeks and counting and so excited to meet our child.
My experience at Fertility Match as a prospective parent was bad. We now believe and see evidence that the operators have been untrustworthy and manipulated the situation to take our money when they knew that the donor was not going to go through with her donation. They tried to blame our doctor and his staff. They seem to have good reviews from donors but not from prospective parents. Get a lawyer before you deal with them and be sure to have a good refund policy written in. If you can find another donor without Fertility Match you’re probably better off.
