unhappy customer

My friend is currently looking for two properties to lease. Came across an advertisement from this company listing multiple bays and saying a vague west edmonton and south edmonton location. They asked for the address 3 separate times to determine if the property will work. The owner of fernwood developments would not give the property locations. If this is how they treat potential new customers imagine how they treat tenants if there are issues with the property. I would anyone looking for a property to shop elsewhere and steer clear of thsee shady tactics
