Greg came by to provide a quote. It took 5 minutes. He followed up with me to a few days later to see if I had any questions. The questions I did have were answered quickly without any change to our estimate. On our move date, our movers showed up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and moved our items out quickly and safely. They wrapped the pieces that needed to be wrapped and disassembled the pieces that need to be disassembled. Moving into our new place, they laid down a long red carpet to protect the floors from the moving equipment and were willing to move the necessary furniture into the appropriate rooms. In one instance they were even willing to move it again, even though I had made the error in telling them which room to move it into. All furniture was unwrapped and reassembled. They wore masks the whole time. The only area of improvement would be they should be equipped with shoe covers when walking into the carpeted areas. Other than that, the movers were ahead of schedule, courteous, professional and all around just good guys. Which is so important when moving on New Years Eve! Definitely using them again!

Great company. Local franchise owner/move manager Greg came to house to give an all-inclusive quote so there were no surprises. (Having moved several times before, I appreciated that!) The team showed up on time, professional-looking strong guys with a 5-ton truck and a smaller truck for a total crew of 6. Mohammed did our furniture wrapping and bed disassembly the day before the 2-day move which made it much more efficient for the movers to get everything out of one place and into the next. They also have packers who will come a day or so earlier to pack if you prefer. I got her to do my kitchen and breakable decor items. Both crews, captained by Fitim and Don, were fantastic. Worked hard, were pleasant and polite, and took very good care with our walls and floors. Would highly recommend them for a fairly stressless move.
Ferguson Moving worked very hard when they were loading and delivering my belongings to my new address. Furniture was covered with blankets and glass items also covered in cardboard. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. I recommend them and would use them again. I was also able to store my belongings in containers in their warehouse for a few weeks while I painted the new location.
I wrote another review on Google for Ferguson North Vancouver, but happy to repost it here: Excellent service, quick, organized, professional. The movers themselves were great, and did an extra repair job on a bed rail that wasn't even involved in the move. Couldn't have asked for better and recommend without hesitation.
