Just order TV service for my father in a nursing home. After just moving him in less than a week later lock down due to Covid. He went 6 months no TV. Arrange for hook up only to find out when he asked if the technician would be showing him how to use it that \someone would\ and te h leaves. I call inquiring. Due to Covid and six feet distancing they are not offering clients demonstrations. Yet they're wearing a mask and already in the room. Really Wightman why didnt you tell me this when I ordered? Telling a 92 year old to go to a website (no computer) or call customer support (hearing problems) or go to Channel 991 for a tutorial (how helpful is that when you dont know how to use it)?? I'm not happy and Wightman you need to do better or I'm cancelling. There and home.
Unreliable. Pay more for less. Limited services. Stay away. Can’t wait until my contract is done.

I live in Elora. Iternet service has been out since friday am . I understand these things happen but the problem states it is resolved however I still have no sevice. There is a technical number to call and when I call that I get the same message telling me to call the same number I just called. Can someone please assist in getting my service active again
