TD Bank is not a trustworthy company for many reasons, here are a few that I have experienced. Student accounts…take advantage of youths with limited financial knowledge, pushing credit cards and high interest loads. Personal banking…over charge on all account, transfer fees & stock trades to make up for their poor judgements with default loans overseas. Business Banking…over charge on all account, transfer fees, stocks. When you have a real-life problem like a cyber crime (mine was 17,000) they tell you sorry we can’t do anything. TD Bank does not believe in true customer service they merely try to extract as much money from their customer base with the least amount of effort. Be warned…do not deal with TD Bank

Stay away from this bank or even any TD. They take advantage and really rip you off. Update as I thought i should clarify. I had to sell my house as I could not afford it losing my job and having to retire. They charged me over 14,000 in penalties so be careful.

Google and a sign on the door say bank open saturdays until 4 pm I came down to do some banking registered online stayed in car until my turn. For 20 mins there was 1 person in front of me so I finally went to check at 330 and no one is in the bank. If you are closed why does the sign on the door say 4 pm.

Winnie Wong was awesome . Debbie was incredible as well. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Going to open an account and move everything to TD in Fergus. Thank you again for the great experience.

i wish the service was bad but the truth is that there really is no service. every time i go in they tell me they can't do anything for me and that i have to do what i want done myself. on top of this the accounts they offer are ridiculous, not student friendly AT ALL!
