The pharmacist named Victor is very knowledgeable, friendly and explains things extremely well, not making you feel rushed or like it's an inconvenience when you have questions. He caught something on my file last night and helped me immensely with this catch! I can't thank him enough and I am always relieved to see he's on when I go in for my medication...knowing it will be done right and I don't have to worry or double check it. I've thought of leaving Shoppers many times but with a pharmacist like Victor, that you know you can trust and makes you feel welcome, he's what keeps us here when there are so many drug stores in Fergus now. Thank you so much Victor, such an asset to the store. These five stars are for him.

Store is constantly packed with no traffic control for Covid. Staff are not at all friendly and stock is constantly low or sold out. I know they have a monopoly in the area, but we need some competition here!!!

Possibly the worst experience getting the flu shot. It is no wonder they are one of the few Shoppers Drug Marts with stock of the Flu at the end of October. Phoned the store and was told no appointment necessary, just come in. When I arrived I was asked if I had an appointment, \No\, and I repeated what I was told on the phone earlier. Was told I will have to wait \over there\ but it could be a long time. After 1.5 hours with a line getting quite long behind, we were asked if we were all there for the flu shot. Yes of course. Then told well you have to check in, responded but we did and you told us to wait. Finally after 2 hours of waiting received the flu shot. The pharmacist was fine, but the female employee was probably handed out the worst customer experience I have ever received. More than just rude, mean.

This is the worst drug store I've ever been to!!! Thursdays are Senior Days & today they had 1 cashier working while 3 other employees were just standing around at the front of the store! There was a line up (moving slowly) & most of the people were elderly. For goodness sake have more cashiers working so these poor people don't have to stand in line so long!!! I will not shop here again!

The pharmacist is so rude. We went to this store in the morning. Because we drived 2 hours to come here to visit elora. My daughter wanted to go to washroom. So we went to this shopper and saw the pharmacist.we just want to know if there is washroom. And she is so rude and did not tell me anything. Just said I am busy. I was so dispoint. Because I always go to shopper and never happened this things. Finaly we found a male seller and he is very nice then told us where we can go yo washroom.
