Over the Christmas break we decided with the rebates being offered it was time to change cars. I found the experience at Reliable refreshingly straight forward. I had emailed every dealership within an hour's drive of Guelph about purchasing a 2020 Ranger. In some responses the price was inflated with \extra charges\, in others there was an enormous amount of pressure, in another case I felt very much like I was being played. I never had any of these feelings when dealing with Sara and Reliable. The best price was requested and the best price was quoted. The deal was straight forward, the truck and paperwork were ready and all was as promised. As proof of their integrity, after the sale I asked for the price to add a brake controller and was quoted a price installed. They made an error in their pricing, but honoured what they had said. All in all my dealings with Reliable have been very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to people I know.

In an industry where you dont know if someone is telling you the complete truth, these guys are very trustworthy. They understand vehicles and explain what needs to be fixed now and what can wait to be fixed at a later date.
Purchased my new F-150 last week and we're loving it. Tammy was a pleasure to work with and was not pushy at all. I won't buy anything from pushy sales people. I told her what i wanted and she made it happen and had the perfect truck on the lot. We know several people who have bought from Reliable Ford and now I won't drive anything else or buy from anywhere else. My wife and son are both looking at buying new Mustangs in the near future and we will definitely go back to Reliable Ford and talk with Tammy. Highly recommended!
I'm a little late writing this but Jonathan strikes again. I was so pleased with the last experience at Reliable that I returned to buy a new work truck. I had originally came back to get an F-250 but after explaining to Jonathan what my requirements were and what I need from a truck he once again educated me on my options. Ford now has a heavy duty F-150 that is flying off the lots which is perfect for me. I need more than a standard F-150 but less than an F-250. The new F-150HD suits my needs to the tee and I get the added advantage of the eco-boost. We love the truck. Thank you, Jonathan, I hope to see you soon as our fleet expands!
I'm not usually one to write reviews but in this instance, I'm more than happy too. I purchased a new truck at RELIABLE and I cant say enough good accolades about my Sales Rep and the experience. She was attentive, knowledgeable and even late at night got back to me quickly with questions we had. BRAVO RELIABLE for having such AWESOME customer service!!!
