Excellent service , super comfortable Xavier bed delivered and set up , same day !! Great memory foam and gel mattress . I have a comfortable sleep back , which is like getting my life back . The delivery person was so efficient and respectful of my home , also . Highly recommend Canadian made furniture from John Thomson and Son . Been buying from Neil for over 30 years . Thank you

Before Thanksgiving we went to Thompsons to buy a mattress for a guest with a very bad back. It was last minute so needed it in stock. Neil gave me a quick answer on what was instock and detailed information about each. I made a purchase and had it delivered 2 hours later. Few weeks later went back to look at sofa and chair we had talked about. Again Neil gave us great product advice as well as fabrics and colours. So we purchased again from Thompsons. It is not a fancy store like you may see in the city but the knowledge, service and pricing is excellent. Delivery guys are great.

My husband and I were looking for a mattress and we stumbled into John Thomson & Son Furniture Store. We had the most pleasant experience, the owner gave us an educational talk about pros and cons with no sale pressure. This store carries quality furniture made to last. Our mattress was delivered on time, the men were very curtious and polite. They even took our old mattress away. We are extremely happy with the product and service this store has provided. We highly recommend to everyone. Thank you kindly for the great experience, it was truly a pleasure.

Husband and I have shopped for a month now and finally I suggested that we go back to Fergus where we bought furniture about 18yrs ago. That furniture even though outdated is in immaculate condition. Honeslty there isn't a broken piece in either pieces. We should of started here! Like 18yrs ago amazing customer service from the owner Neil. Explained just like 18yrs ago the quality of Canadian made products. Also explained how to choose the fabric so that we were getting good quality and knew it would last a long time. Web shopping does not give you the knowledge that he gave us today. I know some people dont like that his web page does not have prices but once you are in the store and you start selecting fabric and which pieces you want if you are getting a sectional, you will understand there is no way you can have that pricing on a webpage. I urge you, if you are furniture shopping don't waste time on other stores like we did, go here. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Neil from John Thompson and Sons Furniture. I can't wait for delivery. We will forever only buy furniture from your store .
