We really can't complain, the internet has been solid for a long time. Easy to change channel packages online. The Tivo box is nice. kids save their own shows and watch them. connection speeds are the fastest I have ever had from any company whether that is just advancement in tech I'm not sure.

Hourly outages, brutal prices, and extremely slow support. If ANY other options are available, go with them. Really not sure how a service this bad is legal to provide.
