First of all, my experience here was awesome, I never got any work done but still had a great experience and bought parts. We had our RV towed here due to break issues and the tow truck driver left our drive shaft out so we couldn’t move. We explained the situation to the owner Bob and he let us stay in the RV over the long weekend parked in his lot and even offered a water hookup free of charge! We stayed for two nights and on Tuesday when they were open we got a quote and Unfortunately they couldn’t do the work we needed. Though we didn’t get work done they helped us find the parts we needed and recommended different ones that would be better for us. They told us we could stay as long as we needed free of charge until we got a tow truck and or mobile mechanic. They even offered us to use their jacks to put in our drive shaft (which they offered assistance with as well) so we could at least drive to an RV park and have full hookups. They were incredibly nice, offered great conversation and bobs wife even checked on us a few times to make sure we were okay during the day (and let us pet their dog). They helped us immensely in our time of need. I would recommend them to anyone who needs RV work done though I can’t speak for the work, from what I saw I can tell they care allot and took care of us so I know they will take care of you and you’re RV!!

Had an issue with a small accident requiring body work and a replacing a fridge vent lid on a fiberglass camper. The job turned out really good especially the match of the existing fiberglass surface. This is the second major job that Fennell's RV has done for me. Both times the results has turned out on time and in a professional way. Even in the past when I had to do minor repairs on a previous camper they have offered me free advice on to complete the job.
Fixing up a vintage travel trailer. They are giving me tons of good advice and pro tips for free. Helping me save A LOT of money by telling me to fix and refurbish old equipment instead of trying to up sell me. Honest, knowledgeable, professional. Just got a new customer for life! Thanks Fennell!
Surely very competent at what they do in the workshop. But the guys at the counter are very arrogant. Answer the questions as if we had to know everything !! Seems there isn't a lot of competition here !!
