would like to say that this family run business is more than 5 star. Being an avid snowmobiler and have purchased new snowmobiles roughly every two to three years during my 40 years of snowmobiling I was brought to Fenelon Falls Marina looking for a somewhat unattainable new 2021 at the last minute. Glen was more than happy to accommodate and did everything seamlessly over the telephone. When taking delivery I met Glen's family. They went over and above to make sure that I was happy and had everything that I needed. I highly recommend this family owned business! Steve

Fenelon Falls Marina has been my choice of places to get all of my watercraft products including multiple Waverunners. Their service department is top notch and their lead mechanic Ian is First Class. He’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to high performance upgrades and general service. The staff is very supportive and awesome customer service not to mention the owner are very much hands on and you don’t leave their facility until your happy. This truly is a #1 facility.

Best marina ever! I have purchased snowmobiles, waverunners, and a boat from Fenelon and will only go there for my toys. The owners treat customers like family and they care about the quality they sell, so you can trust that any previously owned items are top notch before it goes off the lot. Great service, quick to action, and you are important to them whether your purchase is big or small. Great family business. I highly recommend Fenelon Falls Marina!

Had to post a star review in order to get a reply back. Only took over a month. I deleted my previous post in order to add context. Has anyone else had success, using Kijiji, Autotrader, phone or email? I would say pretty much at this point, any hopes of communication would result in no business as you do not need the money to return phone calls for 70k boat. Please don’t delete my review and you have my number, gave it to you many times.
