Well worth the fees. Tried the city run classes; group and semi-private for a few years with no success. Swim to Survive through school yielded similar results. However, there was definite improvement by the 2nd class with Felix. Pool is small, but not crowded, heated and saltwater. The instructors are excellent and patient. Change rooms are shared and small but works fine. Not sure what's up with the big corner change room with no door or curtain though. Daughter assessed with basically no skill and by the end, she passed Level 2 going on to Level 3, son assessed at Level 2 and now going into Level 4 \u003c- 11 classes (1st one was assessment) with 1 more to finish up the session.

they don't have qualified instructor, as a result swimmer has to take each class more than once to pass the class--meaning it will cost you twice the time and money that it should be.
