The staff is super friendly at the airport location. I wanted to send a package to my sister in Europe. The agent made sure that everything in the box was acceptable to get through customs. Vitamins are not so the package remained with me. If it wasn't for the agent being so diligent, the box would have been returned to me and my money wasted.
