Worse FedEx office ever. I have shipped 5 basic small boxes to the US and they have screwed up all 5. Staff there are confused and incompetent and have no idea what they are doing and I usually have to tell them how to fill out their forms and what forms are needed. The best is the last one where they tried to tell me they have never heard of being able to ask for signature upon delivery. Embarassing for the company.
