Not impressed at all. The whole process took way too long, from getting an appointment scheduled to getting the final reports. Final got an appointment to fix the suggested items (a whole 6 week after the initial inspection) and the tech hadn't arrive 30 min after the scheduled time. No call from FCFP. Called the company and was told that he was running behind but that he was about 30-40 min late. Still hadn't arrived 1.5 hrs after the scheduled time. I will absolutely use another company in the future.

They have improved from a few years earlier. Before they were difficult to pin down if you had issues. Things have gotten better.
The team at Forest City Fire Protection are professionals through and through. Very knowledgeable staff and still with a large size , you still get that small company feel where, every customer matters.
