Alana was so helpful! I was crunched for time and she had my decals done in 48 hours. She was very quick at sending proofs and revisions, she opened the store on a Saturday just for us so that we could pick up our prints and she took the time to teach us how to install it ourselves. Delightful! My new go-to for all my business needs!

Terrible service and follow up! I have requested a quote many times with no communication or feedback. I finally got a hold of Alana, and she apologized and said i would have your estimate back out to you as they have changed the software for the business. Not to my surprise, I haven't heard back! More than Fast, More than Signs not here in Edmonton!!
I was really impressed with this group of Baez working and dedicated people and especially when it was in the middle of the pandemic where they lost a ton of revenue due to major events being canceled. I had a charity event happening and after I explained what we were looking for, the owner ( Alana ) didn’t hesitate to step up and assist me with getting signs for me while they were down and for that reason, I can see Alana’s company be the only sign company I will ever need to service all of my needs moving forward. Thanks Alana for making this such an easy and effortless process and I look forward to working with you again!
Fastsigns Westend was great. They were able to produce the signs we needed quickly and even helped us mail them all out. Alana was super easy to deal with, fast and responsive. I would use them again.
