The guy behind the counter has attitude and thinks he's better than anyone else. It's like the customer is bothering him. If you don't have a commercial account he pretty much says \NO SALES IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH US\ and proceeds to ignore you. If he can be bothered to help you, he then acts like he's doing you a huge favor by selling you a box of 25 bolts. This guy should work in a warehouse in the back, away from public interaction. I hate the feeling going into this business and have stopped going because of this.
