Over the phone, the Stratford location had no interest in helping me! **Told you need an account to purchase products and they don't accept \walk-in\ costumers, who don't have an expensive membership account. Not worth it, if you are only purchasing small quantities. Suggestions: Go to SB Simpson - Very helpful

After waiting for my order for over 6 weeks, And never getting any calls back after inquiring around week 4. They than told me they couldn't even get the product after ordering it almost 2 months later!! I would never shop here this place is the worst. I had to fight off a big diseased cat just to get in the door
I too have had to have parts ordered from here. My guess is you were looking for a specialty part, because that does require some time and the company has to have a minimum order of 500 for their supplier, not that 500 is the cost to the customer. I've been told the same and they come thru every single time. Excellent service here from the ladies at the desk.
Lady at Fastenal Stratford was only interested to send me elsewhere.Monday at 11:30 was far too early for the 2 ladies here to start the week .After shaming her she did try that was encouraging.Next she would need to call me i figured i would never hear from her but surprised me. Yes she could get me what i asked for 500.00 but probably take a couple weeks to get.A call to Facca Fasteners in London found in stock what i needed.People there couldn't be more eager to help as I've found in the past . I should mention the price was 17.00 an got screws to go with them i wasn't for the 500.00.This was my second visit to Fastenal first & last . Feb. 14th i stick by this review make no mistake these ladies were only interested in discussing the weekend ..Save your time If you want some real service head to Faca Fasteners in London .Just my opinion.
