We initiated the setup of 3PL services and were super optimistic by their friendly service but eventually had to seek other options after realizing their responses were only coming once a month. Tried following up a few times with different people on the team but no one really seemed to care. I wouldn't recommend based on this experience, and it cost us a couple months of time and frustration.
