My parents estate paid 700 for a laminated photo on my parents tombstone. It was guaranteed against fading for 25 years. 16 years later the photo is quite faded. Went back to Farnsworth, they said somebody will get back to me, nothing. Contacted them again, they requested for me to resend photo. I sent them one but had to do it again (my file was fine, I was a designer) and waited. Then nothing. Contacted them again and they said that since Farnsworth was bought out that the new owners are not honouring past warranties since the take-over. I also did the design which their artist changed my font case and other changes and engraved the stone without my approval. Obviously not a honourable dealer.
