Famous Footwear Guildford was a destination but the prices seemed a little high. We went back the second week to find some dress shoes for my wife. The BOG one 50%, seemed to be a good price but men's footwear was simply out of the question. If I was buying I probably would go back, just to look. Staff got a little panicky when the store was over the maximum number (people).

Great service! I came in looking for shoes and I got help from everyone! I was greeted right at the doors and they implemented wearing masks and social distancing and wearing hand sanitizer so I get very safe to shop in this store!!! Thank you staff!!

Great place staff very helpful. Glad there in the community as they are priced rite and always there with excellent stock of all the brand names you want . Go and check them out you will be glad you did.

Very unprofessional business practices. I placed an order online to be picked up in-store around 1pm the following day. At around 3pm the next day (2 hours late) I received a generic email stating my items were not in stock at that location and that subsequently my order had been canceled. On top of that, the email stated that I was not charged for the canceled items, when in fact I was. This is all after my order was confirmed and the funds were withdrawn from my bank account at the time of purchase. Now the company has issued a refund that will take up to 10 business days, and Christmas is less than 2 weeks away. Here’s the kicker, at no point did any representative contact me to ask if I would like my order shipped instead (they offer free shipping). So basically now I have no shoes and I have to wait for a refund with Christmas right around the corner. Thanks Famous Footwear! -First and Last Time Customer
