Beware of inconsistent services. Be prepared to advocate for yourself. Counsellors are inconsistent in quality and efficacy. The agency has it's own agenda and the client is not the top priority. Services are cut with little notice. I was put in danger , during a session, by a social worker who was not merely bias in her approach and very judgemental, but did not have the proper tools, or training to deal with the situation in a safe , nor efficacious manner. When I brought the matter up to the managers attention. , the complaint was minimized . There are way too many politically divergent and conflicting interests in the office. Help is not provided , as it should be. The mandate to strengthen families is false . I would be very wary of getting counselling at this agency. Eventhough, some counsellors are good, there are far too many managerial restrictions put on therapies offered. You are basically a pawn, in this office.

I myself have either needed someone to ball my eyes out to or to help me with my taxes... I highly recommend this welcoming facility to anyone who is in need of help... Amazing people that allow you to feel comfortable to sob the whole time your there.
