When I called to schedule an appointment with a family medicine specialist, the front desk was very rude. Upon further research I discovered that the provider never actually completed a residency in family medicine, even though they refer to themselves as \family practice doctors

I called looking to book an appointment for the first time and the receptionist said “we’re not a walk-in clinic. You have to be a patient”. I was confused and asked if that meant a family doctor and just ended the call because I couldn’t understand what she meant. I called two other naturopath clinics and was able to book an appointment no problems. I wanted to go here because it was the closest but it’s probably better to travel farther if their front desk staff is so confusing and unhelpful anyways.

This is a great clinic, very helpful and they will actually listen to your concerns. Even one time when they couldn't help me with a particular problem they called and made sure I knew all my other options, and other places I could try. Best doctors office I've been too. Sometimes their treatments seem more subtle than a regular GP but they always explain their reasons. Their treatments have always helped, though it does take longer to heal than people realize, they try to figure out the root cause instead of just suppressing symptoms.
