I purchased an item from this store in September on layaway. Almost every week I was greeted with a smile from Saba. She gave me prompt and courteous service every time. When my purchase was paid off she wrapped it beautifully and made me feel like I had made a great purchase from the right people. Outstanding service. I will return for sure.

I bought a diamond wedding band for my wife there. When I was buying it the sales woman gave me a song and dance about their price guarantee. It was one of the reasons I ended up buying from there. I ended up finding the same design of ring but with higher quality diamonds for a few hundred dollars cheaper online. So I went back to hold them to their price guarantee and was given every excuse under the sun as to why they shouldn't have to honor it. The diamonds color and clarity wasn't as good as the one I was showing them online. They expected me to buy the ring and bring it in....lol. Also by the time I got the certificate for the ring. Three weeks after they said it was going to be ready. The diamonds quality wasn't as high as the sale women said it would be. The diamonds clarity and color wasn't as good. On January 16/18 I was contacted by Fame about my review here on Google. They told me that if I could send them the link to the web site I seen the ring on. They would now give me the price match guarantee. Unfortunately I couldn't find the deal anymore because it was only a couple day Boxing Day sale. The price now posted was the regular price. Lucky for me though, I happened to go to Costco and see a ring around the same price as the sale price I seen online. I emailed the price and details to Fame and they got back to me the next day. They ended up asking me to come in and they would honor their guarantee. The lady I dealt with was very nice about the situation and I appreciate them coming forward and sticking to their guarantee. It is my hope that when someone comes to Fame with a lower price they will be given the guarantee the first time. On January 18/18 I went in and received the price guarantee. Thanks Fame,

I needed a nice Xmas present for my mentor and knowing her love of jewelry, thought I would pick up a nice necklace and pendent. As I was in Capilano Mall, I thought I'd try Fame Diamonds. Beth, the sales assistant was very nice and showed a lot of patience with all the questions I had for her and showing her pictures of my friend to select something nice that would go with her complexion that still fit within my budget. After about an hour we found the perfect gift. My mentor LOVED it! Definitely, a good shopping experience!

LIARS AND SCAMMER!!! I bought a watch with a dead battery and they told me to return later for a free battery installation. I went to my own watch maker (30 years experience) and he told me that the oil inside was congealed (old and solidified) and that any new battery would damage the mechanism and only last 2 months, which is what happened. Owner REFUSED to give me a refund only 3 days later. Watch was 1500.00 and it only worked 60 days. They blamed the issue on my watch maker who opened the watch right in front of me. WORST SERVICE and BEST LIARS!!! Don't buy watches there.

When first entering Fame Diamonds for the first time I was blown away from the type of initiative and friendliness of the employees there. I've been looking for an engagement ring for quite some time. The employees there was vastly knowledgeable, which allowed me to make an easier, educated, stress-free decision. I would recommend Fame Diamonds to any prospect buyer because of the my experience there, and quality of jewellery - matched with a cost effective price.

I highly recommend Fame diamonds in Capilano mall, since I first became a customer in 2009 I have been nothing but pleased with the attention and service I have received from the staff. They have the most beautiful selection of jewelry, especially engagement rings, and the prices are great! I have bought a few things from there now. I feel they have gone the extra mile to make me happy, and for that I will always be a customer.

I like coming here because of the great selection, Last time I came in, they were sold out of the ring I wanted, and they offered to bring it in from another location, so I was very impressed with the service. The staff are sincere, knowledgeable and great at helping you decide without being too pushy. They also have a goldsmith on site, which is awesome.

Visiting the Capilano Mall store the other day, I was very satisfied with the service that I received. The lady that helped me, provided me with a lot of insight into how the Pandora bracelets worked. We were able to work together to build a bracelet that I am sure my daughter will be very happy with. I would definitely go again in the future to pick some additional charms!
