Please call us 48 hours before your appointment to confirm your health condition. All of our patients will receive an email document prior to their appointments asking them health questions related to COVID-19. We will also request that all new patients complete their medical history and consent forms prior to their appointment day to facilitate a quick entry into the treatment area. All clients will also be required to complete a COVID related questionnaire upon arrival to confirm that they are in good health. After your visit, please let us know if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within a week following your appointment. Appointment scheduling: We are scheduling appointments 20 minutes apart to allow for no more than 2 socially distanced patients at a time in reception. We are also allowing enough time after each appointment to disinfect the room in preparation for the next patient. If you feel like you may be late then pease call us in advance to reschedule your appointment. Arrive on time and alone: We request that patients not be accompanied by children, friends or relatives. If there is a medical reason or language difficulties, we ask that you clear your companion with us ahead of time. We also ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. Should you arrive early we have a bench set up outside so you can enjoy the beautiful view while you wait. Face protection: We request that patients arrive with their own non-medical face mask or face cloth. Should you forget your face mask we will provide you with one. When you arrive: There will be a shoe washing station to disinfect your footwear before entering the clinic. The indoor waiting area will be closed and bathrooms are restricted. Also, please arrive without makeup and without jewelry. Acrylic Barriers: You will be greeted by us from behind acrylic barriers. They are crisp and clean, and you will barely notice them. Temperature Checks: Upon arrival your temperature will be checked. If it exceeds 38 degrees celsius your appointment will have to be rescheduled. All staff will also have their temperatures monitored daily. Sanitization: There will be a touch free hand sanitizing station when you arrive to use before and after your treatments. Common areas will also be cleaned several times throughout the day. Payment Options: We will not be accepting cash. Payments via card only will be accepted. Receipts will be provided via email. Additional Precautions: Single use pens: When completing any intake forms we will give each patient their own new pen to use that will be discarded afterwards. Product Testers: product testers will not be available. Please ask us if you have any question about products. Back door exit: should you choose, you may use our back door for exiting after your treatment. Treatment Rooms: Treatment rooms will be sanitized and disinfected before after each patient with hospital grade disinfectant solution.
