We're new to the area and our older cat had an ear infection. Got an appointment and care quickly including a no charge follow up visit. It was recommended to have some dental work done and we had to rebook due to covid finances. Desiree is always wonderful to deal with, rebooked us with no issue and was very thorough on pick up for after surgery care. Cost was reasonable and exactly what we were expecting, no surprises.

Our cute Moussetache had hip issues. Brought her to our (old) vet and they didn't seem to care. We called the amazing Dr Adel and she was in for surgery in a flash and now recovering. I will only bring my fur babies here moving forward. He help us as much as he help her. I call him the cat whisperer. 10/10
Dr Adel and staff were so kind to us and Our little Lulu. They answered all our questions and we felt very comfortable. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new veterinarian. Thank you so much for being so kind
This is honestly the best vet clinic I have ever been to. I have owned a lot of animals and have been everywhere in the Niagara region. Reception was friendly and answered all my questions and Dr.Adel was AMAZING. Hes so friendly, professional and takes his time with you and your fur baby. I really had a great experience and couldn't thank him more for the care he provided and how genuine he was in caring for my cat. Please go here if you have the chance.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this clinic. My boxer had very bad dental issues and a massive infection, which resulted in 12 teeth needing removal.They gave me antibiotics before the surgery date, which they scheduled immediately. They were all SO amazing with my anxious dog, and self. Dr. Adel and his wonderful staff were incredibly thorough about the entire procedure and made me feel 100 % at ease with leaving my pet in their care. They even trimmed his nails, I am so thankful given I haven't been able to have them done properly during quarantine. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy vet.
