Yummy little cafe on Kingsway! Very fresh, everything homemade. The owner was super friendly and accomodating. Food was delicious, definitely 5 stars. We will be back :)

Little humble place with unexpectedly yummy food. Especially the lamb is just outstanding. It is so tender and flavorful. Every now and then I just suddenly crave their lamb! The chicken is pretty good as well. The kafta's a bit dry for my liking, but I think I am just not a fan of kafta because I tried it at other places too. The owner is a bit awkward just like a Chinese uncle that doesn't speak fluent English(no offense here) but trying to be friendly:p
Chicken Shawarma plate came out to 12.7x (.75 charge for credit cards). Overall the chicken was great, though the rice portion was a little lacking, my only real gripe would probably be that the kitchen itself doesn't look the cleanest. Would recommend.
Best chicken shawarma in Vancouver, hands down. The place is no frills but the owner/chef is a gem.
