I understand that things are different with covid but a quote for some custom cuts I needed went up 3 times before I payed for it. Service was friendly and helpful in the carpenter shop but not so much in the retail side of the store. Clean store . **Update** Upon reading this review the store manager contacted me and apologized for the issues I was having and has since fixed it. Now that is great customer service! Thank you. I will return to this store.
