New paddlers discover a total-body workout that builds friendships and confidence while it also builds fitness. Each year we bring thousands of people together for training, kids camps, corporate adventures and events that we produce, including the Victoria Dragon Boat Festival in Victoria's spectacular inner harbour. Paddles up! FGPC is also the owner/operator of Victoria's Waterfront Fitness facility on Victoria's Gorge waterfront. This facility shares the same commitment to structured fitness by providing coached and trained environments for people of all ages and abilities.

I say good recreation for nature lovers and slow walking jogging guys. The restaurant nearby is also a good one for couple of dishes but watch out , its pricey

**This review is not based on my dogs not being allowed in the kayak, I understand rules are in force, the review is about the service i received from the owner** I had called the day before to ask if my dogs would be allowed in the kayak as they love coming kayaking. I spoke with a male who said that wasn’t a problem, just make sure they have life jackets. We were looking forward to going out, paid 9 in parking and went inside with the dogs on leads in their PFD’s. Was told when we walked in I was not allowed to bring them in the kayaks, and then was told “No you spoke with me I told you you weren’t allowed” I explained I spoke with a man he said it was fine and was confused, he continued to argue that he told me no and basically I was lying about the phone convo until he realized I had spoke with Marcus and apparently Marcus was not familiar with dogs not being allowed in the kayaks. He was rude and condescending and acted as if I was trying to be sneaky and bring them anyways. Found another kayak rental company that allowed dogs and day was not ruined by his attitude.

Fabulous facility with tons of opportunities to suit any paddlers passion for getting on the water. The location is perfect and the affiliated gym facility offers training classes to improve your fitness, whether you're a paddler or not. You can join the club to get involved long term or just show up to rent a kayak or SU paddle board. Located on the Gorge next to the amazing Glo Restaurant.

Friendly and professional staff. Great facility. Beautiful waterway. I even saw seals and a blue heron. You can rent a kayak or SUP here, and if you're really keen you can join a dragon boat team or outrigger team!

Friendly, helpful service and very reasonable prices. A perfect location for paddling up the peaceful Gorge or down to the exciting Inner Harbour. Highly recommended!
