5 stars all the way. Dr. Engineer has been my GP for years now. He's amazing. Can't imagine going to another Doctor.

Been my doctor for years... HIGHLY Effective & Knowledgeable, Caring, & Understanding and definitely a Doctor you can trust. Long Wait time is worth it... only downside is his office admin, who lacks both social & emotional intelligence skills

I called yesterday to inquire about booking an appointment with a doctor who is 'on call' for my MD . I was only met with a secretary who was extremely rude and had the attitude of having better things to do besides speaking to a person who needed to see a doctor (That's her job). I asked for her to repeat the address and was told " Are you not listening? I told you the address already..?" . I asked why she had to speak down to me and responded " if you want to come in you can. If not, that is fine with me. Either way , i am busy." and hangs the phone up on me. (To identify the person I am talking about: Female , Russian accent) As a secretary , you get paid to serve customers and to aid MD you work for. I am confused ... What do you get paid to do if you do not provide that service??? I called the following day and asked for a manager. Funny enough, she said that she was the manager. In the world that I live in , secretaries work under others, not above. I hope that a real manager or a person who runs the business sees this and makes sure to rectify this situation. People with this kind of attitude should work from home so that they don't have the opportunity to let their own misery affect others.

He's been my dr since I landed 20 yrs ago..He is the only dr I've seen to go through your medical records every time you see him..he takes time..he not only deal with one complaint ,he listen to your every concern. I think he is great! Good staff too..

Dr. Engineer has been my GP for 25 yrs now. I trust him. He gets me into see specialists quickly. He must have a phenomenal network. He's the only Dr I know of who WANTS to hear if someone has a valid complaint about a specialist & has actually made note of it, saying: "... Good to know, I won't refer PT's again." He's kind, caring, supportive and very knowledgeable. A GP who not only listens but HEARS what a person is saying. There's no lip service here.

Dr. Engineer is probably the most knowledgeable doctor I will ever meet. He has extensive and intensive knowledge which most doctors frankly do not have. He is also an excellent listener and has a quick but kind logical mind. He saved me from the errors of a specialist's prescriptions twice when the specialist didn't even see a problem though it was obvious. Great doctor and good staff also. Thanks to his recommendation, I am seeing a new psychotherapist (still seeing Dr. Engineer) and am back in the workforce. Can't thank him enough!

Well despite what others say about the experience at Fairlawn, I find the depth of knowledge and thoroughness of Dr Engineer to be well worth the extra time it may take. The front staff are quite strict to try and make up for the slow appointment times, but I find that their rules are quite consistent and predictable. Although Fairlawn is moving away from walk-ins, they still keep some walk-in hours each week to accomodate shorter term problems. The new electronic records and computer based appointment making resolves most of their previous problems with proper booking of appointments. Most excellent.

Dr. Engineer is throwback to another era. Whereas many 'turnstile' HCPs I've visited recently can't order a test, issue a referral, or get patients out of the office fast enough, he is one of the few HCPs that leaves me with the impression he's listening and using his experience to solve the problem. I am so fortunate to have him as my health quarterback.
