I must come to the defence of the realtor Geoff Purdy. I had my own experience with Geoff and found him to be the ultimate professional. He was immediately responsive to my needs, requests, was adaptable and went out of his way several times to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. I found him to be up front and completely trustworthy. Not everyone is happy with their experience with all people 100% of the time and I’m sorry if you had less than a good experience Mr Cats. You do however sound more disgruntled than anything. You’ve reported to the owner and sounds like everywhere else you have recourse to report it to and “after months still nothing”. Perhaps there IS nothing? Realtors don’t usually call police and lawyers on a client so I suspect you are just one of those people who can never be made happy. Chill. I would confidently recommend Geoff Purdy as a realtor to anyone and he would get repeat business from me if the opportunity presents.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to cross paths with Geoff Purdy while we were looking for our first house to buy and he kindly offered to represent us along our journey. Since that point forward, he was professional, responsive, and always available for any and all questions. We were able to purchase our first home with an amazing deal negotiated on our behalf thanks to Geoff; we could not have done this without him going above and beyond. Yes, there were bumps in the road and a lot of questions given it was our first house purchase, and Geoff was always patient, professional, and responsive within minutes via phone, email, or text! Even after the deal was finalized and we took possession of our new home he was still open and available and truly continued to go out of his way for us with following up on things, etc. It is the kind of professional service that you just don't see these days, and I would (and already have) recommended Geoff Purdy as a real estate agent to any and all that ask.
