BEST customer service ever! The Factory Shoe Team is amazing - positive attitude - team spirit - very customer-focused! Knowledgeable on products they carry and they have a genuine interest in helping the customer find the best fit. If you have a question - they don't just give you a quick answer or point you to the area in the store - they listen - and lead ...showing you the area & specific shoes you might want to try. I have purchased a fair number of shoes (my husband also) at this location and we always come away from the shopping experience feeling very pleased.
