Customer service at Ezclear is great. I had a wayward package and their customer service representative (Maricel) was very responsive at each step of the way in locating my package and having it finally reach me. It was easy and pleasant to communicate with Ezclear and they were very accommodating with delivery requests. The clearing fee is worth the service!

I was having an issue paying my customs fees and the very friendly lady that was working actually phoned me back when I hung up the phone prematurely! She assisted me with everything and was very professional.....and just a real nice person doing a great job at her job!

This is basically extortion – the company pays for your customs tax/duties (without your permission) and will not release your package for delivery until you pay for these regulatory fees plus their "admin fees tax" ( 16 for me). This is not only an annoyance, but it also delayed my package receipt by over a week! I have received several packages from overseas before and this is my first time dealing with a 'customs broker.' If it weren't for the fact that my packages were located in a CBSA office in Toronto, the epicentre of Canada's COVID-19 infections, I would have gladly cleared the package myself to avoid giving this company a cent of my money. Congratulations, you have made a company where you can do virtually nothing yet profit off of unsuspecting and innocent people :) what a great business system! To stores that are thinking of partnering with this disreputable company – don't \u003c3

Would give them a zero if I could. A complete scam, charging an "administration fee" on top of the usual custom and duties fee.

I had a pleasant, professional experience with EZCLear. The individual I spoke with was great

Would give 0 stars if I could. Charge ridiculous prices, they don't tell you that you can self clear and over all have HORRIBLE customer service.

I hope you like "Surprise Mark Up Administration Fee" for a slower delivery system. It's exactly like UPS and FedEx. They will find a way to get money from you. You'll end up paying 50% of the cost of the items, no matter what. Any other company I dealt with use Canada Post. And you pay the exact price for tax and duties. It's always pennies with Canada Post. I went on EZClear Inc.'s website, and it seems like Chain Reaction Cycle's name was mentioned once or twice in their reviews, but a lot of the comments refer to "bike parts". As if they're the only company supplying them their easy lifestyle, or at least, one of the major company using their services. They are, in any other form, offering a middle man service to a completely useless process nobody even asked for, or needed at all. I looked it up, and there's a way for me to pay the taxes directly with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and avoid "Administration Fees", but it's a long and fastidious process that is literally more expensive for me then to pay EZClear Inc. in my situation. I understand completely the principle of taxes and normal charges for items that I'm more then willing to pay for. But, you understand this company as no other sole purpose then to generate money from people who got caught in the process for no other reason then their ignorance, like me. Is there a way to avoid this company? If no, I'll just won't buy the item. Next time, I'll make sure I'll use either USPS or Canada Post. They never try to exploit people.
