***UPDATE (AUG. 23, 2018) - recently added a: - bouncy castle - slide into ball pit I love that there's a new "child friendly" option at Oshawa Centre. Works well for my wife and I, as one of us will stay with the kids (we bring our three - all under the age of 7) while the other goes shopping. Then we tag up and swap. Staff is very friendly, pricing is beyond fair, and most importantly our kids love it. Ideal for kids under the age of 12ish!

Great place for kids to do art. Variety of different crafts to do at a moderate price. Artistic and friendly staff were a great help. The play area was awesome for the kids to get out some energy. I would highly recommend this store

The manager of this place is a amazing person. I have a autistic son and he loves it here. The manager did a sensory wall in the back and always talks and interacts with my son even though he is non verbal. I also had a parent make a not so nice comment about my son and the manager was quick to educate her on autism. I appreciate her and this place greatly. I go here at least 4 times a week and my son loves it. TO the manager who always bends over backwards to treat my child like it was one of her own kids, thank you, I wish everyone was like her

My son and I go here at least once to twice a month. He loves it. Just enough time for him to burn off energy and it is just the right size for what he likes. Staff is always friendly. Only suggestion I would have is maybe switching up the set-up a bit. Ball pit tub is getting old and patchy.

Loved it. Brought my 7 year old daughter in. Walked in, no reservation. We were able to pick a ceramic figurine and paint it. Takes about a week to have it finished after painting. The girls were great. Made sure my daughters rainbow whale piggy bank turned out perfect.

I mostly like this place. the crafts are nice, as well as the play area. The prices are mostly fair for what you get. When I went on a busy Saturday, the woman working the front part of the store said she just started working there a couple days prior... But was running the craft area and front desk alone. She didn't seem to know how any of the crafts worked, or where anything was. After paying for crafts, we had to wait for 25 minutes before we even received the materials to start doing the crafts, and even then we only got some of the craft supplies. She was really friendly, and terrific with the kids, but shouldn't have been left by herself to run the place. I don't think this is the employee's fault, it just looked like no one trained her how to do the job. I hear they are re-organizing the store soon to make things easier to find, maybe this will streamline things. I would give them another chance to see if things improve.

It was fun for my kids as lots of activities. But the only thing I would suggest is the nylons they sell is for them to maybe get different ones. Within a matter of 10 minutes of my son and I wearing them I broke out in a major rash and at first maybe it was just me not handling them well but then my son told me he was really itchy and he broke out in a rash first on top of his foot and then it went up his ankles. It started a rash on ke and then it burned my skin and is spread all over my ankles and feet. I told my friend and she said the exact same thing happened to her and her kids and she thought it was just them having sensitive skin. So if anyone wants to go there bring your own socks.

Was there for a private event and the kids had a blast. Not sure what a typical drop off is like, but I'd recommend checking it out.
