I accidently bent my glasses frame and they were able to fit me in for an emergency repair appointment right away. The staff was super kind and fixed my glasses within 5 minutes. Thank you Eyes on Richmond!! Highly recommend.

I was there for a minor repair, the service was quick with great result and the price was very reasonable. Overall I was a very happy customer, I would visit again. As for COVID measures, all services seems to be done by appointment (I would recommend calling in beforehand) and all customers have to leave name and number. The standard measures (hand sanitizer, etc) were in place.
Unique Frames, not my style- Service was fine at the beginning-now with COVID19 was asked to put tried on frames in a box for sanitizing, which was fine and politely obliged .. however upon leaving, the man (never said his name) was on the phone, I was a half block down the street when he came down the street almost running and loudly talking asking me if I tried on frames and, if so, where I put them.. I responded yes, their in the box as requested.. his suggestive actions and thought process of thinking that I stole while not checking the box (I assume), put a bad taste in my mouth of this place..won't return nor recommend.. I would, however, suggest both Squints and Einstein's Optical, very great, and helpful service!
Great service and professional advice. Also a good selection of good quality frames.
For someone who wears glasses all the time, it's safe to say that I'm pretty particular when it comes to choosing frames. However, it's as much about the frames as it about the service. From the moment you walk in the store, whether it's Rob or Wade, you feel an elevated sense of service, care and passion for eyewear. I highly recommend visiting Eyes on Richmond for your next pair of prescription glasses or sunglasses; you won't be disappointed!
