Hands down one of the best eyewear stores in the city. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and the service is exceptional. You can tell they care deeply about providing a suitable product by the attention and care put into entire process. Have made several purchases over the last year and every visit has been consistently met with great service. Not surprised by the high rating and praises in the other reviews!

Sat on my sun glasses by accident and one of the lenses came off and the frame was crooked. Called a local optical store in Tsawwassen and they were not interested to help. So frustrated. Called EyePlus and they asked me to email the picture of the broken glasses to see if it's workable. Warmly greeted by the employees and they were gladly to fix it even though it was not purchased in store. Got it done in an hour. I offered to pay but they refused due to it's just a minor adjustment without any new parts being used. Top notch service & experience! Much appreciated!

My sunglasses arm came off because the screw was missing so I took it there to see if they could fix it. The guy was super nice and took care of it quickly. He also noticed another small part was missing (the washer for the arm?) which caused the arm to feel looser than the other arm. Everything was done under 5 min for 2, definitely more worthwhile than to attempt fixing it myself and try gathering all the needed parts and tools

As a Torontonian and first-time customer, I found Kevin and Alan to be very knowledgeable and helpful; their service was quite exceptional relative to what I have experienced before. Kevin identified an important limitation in my glass lenses; my current set of lenses are not vision friendly when I read face down as most people do when they're sitting at a desk, reading area, or the like. When I read something, my current glass lenses require me to use more effort than required to see whatever is incoming. The new pair of glass lenses corrects this. I'll likely be a returning customer even when I am back in TO. Thank you again for your help, Gents. Keep well! Best.
